HOW HYDRAFACIAL® WORKS

  • STEP 1: Lymphatic Drainage

    Starting with lymphatic drainage technique that has been specially formulated to help increase circulation and eliminate toxins.

  • STEP 2: Cleansing & Exfoliation

    Dead skin cells are removed and a new layer of skin is revealed with gentle exfoliation and relaxing resurfacing.

  • STEP 3: Gentle Peel

    Dirt and debris are loosened from your pores with the help of a gentle glycolic and salicylic solution which works to brighten your skin.

  • STEP 4: Extraction

    Using a honey extract and salicylic acid, blackheads and impurities are gently and painlessly extracted from congested areas.

  • STEP 5: Serum booster (Optional)

    The standard 6-step protocol can be supported with specific serums based on your skin needs to give even better results. 

  • STEP 6: Hydration

    You skin is then replenished, hydrated and plumped with a combination of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides.

  • STEP 7: Rejuvenation

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A HYDRAFACIAL®

Our patient wanted to achieve glowing skin before a recent wedding. The Hydrafacial® removed dead skin cells, blocked pores and hydrated her skin so that her make-up could be applied flawlessly. The results can be seen immediately after the Hydrafacial® and we usually recommend choosing Hydrafacial® around 5 days before any special events to get the best results, although the hydration levels can remain high within the skin for up to 28 days following treatment when combining your with a recommended hydrator.

  • What does Hydrafacial® do?

    Hydrafacial® is a skin treatment that helps to deep-clean, exfoliate and rehydrate your skin. It targets all skin concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, skin tone and texture as well as firmness and elasticity.

  • Are Hydrafacial® results immediate?

    Results are instant from the first treatment. Although, some skin concerns may require more than one treatment for optimum results. We recommend monthly sessions to maintain results.

  • How long do the effects of the Hydrafacial® last?

    Immediate results will last up to several days, however these can be maintained by using some daily essential products as well as regular monthly visits.

  • Is Hydrafacial® suitable for my skin?

    HydraFacial® has been specifically designed to be suitable for all skin types and skin concerns.

  • Are Hydrafacial® Boosters worth it?

    Yes! We offer multiple bespoke packages that are personalised to your specific skin concern including using serum boosters to achieve even better results!

  • Can I combine the HydraFacial® Treatment with other Treatments?

    Yes, Hydrafacial® is effective as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a treatment programme. We recommend talking to one of the team before starting any new treatments.

  • Can the Hydrafacial® be done when pregnant?

    No, unfortunately, we do not recommend treatment for the following patients:

    • You are pregnant/breastfeeding.
    • Recent isotretinoin use in the last 12 months.
    • Active skin infections, such as herpes simplex (cold sores).
    • History of problems associated with skin healing.
